Order shipment times can vary based on the product and brand. We will include the shipping confirmation with the processing and shipping times in the email before authorizing the purchase. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the specified timeframe. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. While our products are certified to USA electrical safety standards, we are happy to ship internationally. If you agree to the shipping quote, we'll proceed with the order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.

Damages
Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery if the damage is significant. If you accept delivery and find damage, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and products. Send these photos to info@dreambackyardd.com and we will take take and file a return claim online.
