During this time, we will also check our stock to confirm availability. If the item is back-ordered or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative options. If the item is in stock and ready for shipment, we'll process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Processing & Shipment
Order shipment times can vary based on the product and brand. We will include the shipping confirmation with the processing and shipping times in the email before authorizing the purchase. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the specified timeframe. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within the specified timeframe, please contact us at info@dreambackyardd.com.

International Shipping
While our products are certified to USA electrical safety standards, we are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us at info@dreambackyardd.com with the link to the product that you want to purchase and we will give you a shipping quote and delivery information. If you agree to the shipping quote, we'll proceed with the order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.

Delivery Issues
In the rare event that you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damaged or missing items, please contact us at info@dreambackyardd.com immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the products you ordered in a timely manner.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes to the shipping address may cause delays in delivery. If your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. 

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for continental US states on all orders above $50. 

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination of the order. Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Damages
Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery if the damage is significant. If you accept delivery and find damage, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and products. Send these photos to info@dreambackyardd.com and we will take take and file a return claim online.
